I grew up in a little town called Norfork in north-central Arkansas and have been blessed with the opportunity to train with both military and civilian great bosses.  I listened closely to what they offered as both mentors and friends.  After over 31 years to date, I noted, practiced, compared, and contrasted everything I have learned to provide communicative, operational, systems analytics, and leadership training to fit individual business and organizational processes that work. Further, those skill sets allowed me to become the advisor for tw0-star generals and their staff and upper-level University and college business students so refinement of those skills could be achieved.

Every business or organization is different.  They have different footprints, reasons for existence, and capabilities to remain sustainable.   We work directly with the owner or CEO to help him or her make more money.  After they sign-up we only take a percentage of what we can do to show them how to increase their profits.  Therefore, they lose nothing.
